After receiving a stamp from the seller I asked about returning it and getting a refund. The seller said okay and canceled the order the following day. Two days later I shipped the stamp back USPS certified mail, notified the seller, and gave him the tracking number. It was delivered two days after I shipped it. I then waited for the refund; while I was waiting I asked about it a few times but received no response. After a little over three weeks of waiting for and not receiving a refund I opened a dispute with PayPal, hoping that having them contact the seller would make something happen. After about ten days of no response and still no refund I escalated the case and made a claim to PayPal; the claim was approved in one day and I got a refund from PayPal. After this experience I have decided that I will no longer purchase anything from Momen Stamps.
