Magic Category lost its magic?

I just spent several attempts attempting to upload a file with new listings, but no new listings ever showed up in my store. On the last attempt I changed the Category ID from 0 to the actual category number for Lithuania. This time I had success. Is there a glitch in the Magic Category coding?

    Ted - can you email the file you were trying to upload to support@hipstamp.com
    Also, had you tried to upload any other countries besides Lithuania ?

    Lithuania is the only country I have uploaded with this new template. I will send you my file as soon as I am able.
