1912 GB 1P Unknown Watermark

Does anyone has any idea what the circles are, left you can clearly see Crown and GvR (Scott Wmk. 33), but the circles on the right side I never seen before and I cannot find any information on the net.

Hi, without getting too technical the O is the letter O from the word Postage - this was in the watermark of the sheet or strip of stamps although not normally in the stamps, but sometimes there are misplaced watermarks like yours,
