Trying to pay for an item...

...and keep getting this error message: "Something has gone wrong! We apologize for the inconvenience, More specifically: All sellers restricted.. If this issue persists, please Contact Us and we will help you to complete payment for this order."

What does 'all sellers restricted mean?'

    This is an error message from PayPal, indicating that the specific Seller's PayPal account is currently restricted, and therefor payment can not be submitted to the Seller. In this specific case, we're aware of the Seller in question with this issue, and we're following-up with the Seller and PayPal.

    I also noticed this seller's items have all been removed due to a problem with his site and account. Will Hip auto cancel all orders from him???

    Clicking on the lot I won, all that's left of it is this new message:

    "Listing Error
    The listing you are trying to access does not exist or was removed."

    Support told me to wait 48-hours, and if I don't hear back from them to manually cancel the transaction.

    Well, that sucks...I really wanted that stamp.....
