What's the difference between "Basic Features" and "Enhanced Features" for a store?

Hi. I've been considering for some time opening my own store here at HipStamp, but I'm a little confused as to which store would best suit my needs. The main concern is the difference between "Basic Features" for a Beginner's Store and the "Enhanced Features" for the Intermediate Level store. Can somebody help me out with this?

This link shows the differences between the store types. You can always start at one level and later switch to another type.

That's basically a section heading (though admittedly that may be unclear).

the Enhanced features are:
Rotation in Select Site Newsletters

and the Premium Features are:
Gold HipValues Subscription
Featured in Select Site Newsletters
Dedicated Account Manager
Sales and Marketing Support
