Uy 14 or uy 15

Need help identifying whether these are uy 14 or uy 15 they look both dark and light green ..

It is Scott #UY14 as the surcharge is below the stamp. On UY15, the surcharge is horizontal, not vertical, and positioned to the left of the stamp.
