I have heard these stamps our pretty sought after with the tag. I read that on a blog, but that's all the info I can find. All help greatly appreciated.

    They are sought after with the tag, because that is how they are collected. Without the tag they are pretty much worthless. The stamp in your image, considering it being off-center, possibly having a stain at the lower left, and not being able to see the back (don't really need to it is a common stamp), it is probably worth about 25 cents or so.
