I'm not seeing a refund link on the recommended Members Area > My Account > Account History page I have already refunded the buyer thru the hipstamp/paypal transaction link
If you've met the requirements as shown on the help page, you should see a refund link. If you're not seeing one for an invoice you believe you should, just click on the Contact Us link in the footer of any page, and let our support team know what invoice you're trying to get a refund on, and they can process it for you.
I didn't realize that you could request a refund of the final value fee for partial refunds on orders. I sent in the request, and it was handled in a few hours! Thanks!
