When paying hipstamp ones account

Hello anyone, I have heaps of stuff to list but i have not opened a store yet. I do know one needs a store to list items so that is not my concern...I also noticed one has to place their credit card details on line i here...What i am wondering is hipstamp like bay that a seller can pay more money than needed and stay in credit in their hipstamp account by using paypal?? You see sometimes i may owe ebay $11.00 or so and i just pay in $15.00 to $20.00 so i wont have to worry about fees in the next month or so . I would appreciate a reply if someone knows if a seller can do this with staying in credit... OIO

Yes, you can add a credit to your account balance at any time using PayPal. As long as your account balance is $0 or has a credit, on the first of the month, your credit card will not be billed.

So if for example i owe 4.60 and choose to pay you $10.00 with paypal...you will accept it???
