Has any one else had difficulty uploading an image to the discussion page?

The upload an image goes to my picture file, but then doesn't upload the picture. I contacted HipStamp, they were going to get back to me the next day, but its been over a week and no response. I have a stamp I would love to have help identifying but can't get the picture to upload

    Sometimes it requires a lower resolution image to download here.

    I don't know the file size limit, but, as pictures don't display any larger than 850 pixels wide, you should resize them to that dimension, for posting. If the main subject - stamp, cover, etc - only takes up a small portion of the total image, crop the image first, then resize to 850 pixels horizontal.
