Add Date Shipped to Sales Record

Maybe I can't find it, but it would be very helpful to add the date a Seller changes the Shipping Status to Shipped. I can't seem to find that info anywhere.

I'm just waiting for a customer to ask for when I shipped something, and have a way to tell them without keeping a separate record somewhere. Seems like a basic feature to me.

Yes, all great WORKAROUNDS, but... computers should be able to do this for us, right? And the coding involved in clicking a button should be negligible.

I send the buyer a message telling them that I shipped their order.

I usually put the date shipped in the tracking number field when I mark as shipped

I know the date I shipped an item from the feedback given. I always provide feedback on the day shipped which is normally either the day after they purchased or sometimes the same day, if brought in the morning. Exceptions occur on weekends and on days I have too many multi-stamp orders to process that morning.

I do the same thing as well as add the time of day.

I send the buyer an email telling them what I shipped, how shipped and when shipped, and I may add a note about other stamps that they can buy from me. I print the email and that serves as a packing slip - and I may have a printed list of offers to add to the shipment.
