Why isn't there a way to ask a dealer if he has anymore of a particular stamp, or cover?

I have purchased multiple lots from dealers, and when I check out, there is no place to add a comment to a dealer asking if he has any more of the particular stamps or covers I'm looking for. Why isn't there a comment place to the dealer to add ANY COMMENTS at Checkout?

    Even though its an extra step, you can always message the dealer. I've had several buyers contact me that way looking for additional related items.

    You can always ask any questions by clicking on any stamp from that seller; therefore it seems redundant to add this feature at checkout. Besides if I were looking for more copies of a particular stamp, I would want to buy and pay for it in the same order as most sellers offer free or sharply reduced shipping on multiple stamps.
