They're not stamps. Rather they are labels used to ID Registered mail (hence, the 'R'). I'm guessing there's a highly limited amount of collectors that might have interest in them. As far as value goes, I have no idea, but would GUESS its minimal.
Hi - they are not stamps they are "Registered" or "Recorded" mail receipt/labels and would be fixed to the envelope or parcel in a different position away from the actual postage stamps. They are like a receipt showing when you have paid for up-rated or extra insurance cover for your item.
There are some collectors for these but it's not a large area of collecting and very few are that valuable. Probably some very early ones have more value?
