How Do You Pay without Creating a PayPal Account

How does one pay for stamps without having to create a PayPal account? Pease don't refer me to the instructions on the checkout site as it is clear no one has ever clicked through it as there is no "guest check-out" link

You can use the HipStamp "Pay Later" feature, but it does have some limitations. Here is an explanation:

I think you can also pay via paypal, but using your credit card. No paypal account is required. I've done that on other third party websites, but not HipStamp.

A major limitation being, you can't use it if the dealer doesn't offer it.

I've been buying from HipStamp for years and never created or needed a PayPal account. Am I missing something in your question? After designating the stamp(s) I wish to purchase, I click the pay button and am taken to a PayPal page. But I then scroll down to the bottom where it asks whether I'd just like to use my debit or credit card and I click that choice. A page appears asking for the card info, address, phone number etc. When all the poop is filled in, I click 'continue' and everything is processed. I then turn on reruns of the Rockford Files or Gunsmoke and relax.
