I have a Mint SC523 puchased from the post office in 1967 for 4p. The stamp has no image of the Queen or 4p printed on it. Does it have any value?

    Great Britain - Beware, many of these are fakes. The "Gold" Queen & monetary value are easily chemically removed.

    If, as you stated, you purchased it directly from the Post Office, chances are it is genuine. You need to get the stamp certified. Scott Catalogue Value (2021). $80.00

    I will post a scan of the stamp tomorrow, it has just come into my possession three days ago.
