Revenue Stamp ID

Hello,

I have a revenue stamp that I can't seem to find in Scott's. The stamp on regular paper is R135. I also have a stamp on blue paper that looks like R135. First, is this R135 and second what is the ID on the stamp with blue paper? Do these look like a light cancel or mint? There is no gum.

The "blue" paper stamp is Scott R151. It looks blue but Scott calls it green paper.
