Monthly Cost

I had a sale of $240.00. Unfortunately I had to refund the buyer because I had sold the item some time ago and forgot to remove it from Hipstamp. Since I had to refund the buyer, is my monthly cost to hipstamp reduced by the $240.00 refund? I had not seen the a decrease on my amount due. Thanks

You need to go to:
Members Area / Seller tools / Resolutions and enter a claim for the refund of seller fees. If approved then the fees will be credited back to you

Unfortunately you will not be refunded Hipstamp charge on the shipping cost.

When you file a Resolution to cancel an entire order, once approved, you're refunded 100% of the Final Value Fees that you paid - which is on the cost of all items in the order plus shipping.
