Has anybody filed a claim with Shipsurance when shipping with ShippingEasy?

For those who have used ShippingEasy for international parcels, have you ever purchased the Shipsurance offered through them, and have you ever had to file a claim?

The items I needed to ship have now been shipped. With fingers crossed, hopefully I'll remain in the "no claims" club, too.
