Adding a buyer to my pre-approved list

Is there a way to manually add a buyer to the pre-approved list?

When a buyer asks about combining auction and store purchases or if they want to pay by check, it would be easier if I could at that point just add them to my pre-approved list. Instead I have to instruct them to go look for the pre-approval link on my listings, submit the request and then I can approve it. Seems like a few extra steps that could be avoided if I could just add them to my list manually in response to their first query.

Note that if a buyer has won auction items from a Seller, and want to combine them with new store purchases - as long as the purchases are made within 5 days of when the auctions were won - this happens automatically at checkout. There's nothing that the Seller needs to do or enable.
