Have a buyer who has requested a discount if he buys a large number of lots. I offered a 25% discount along with free shipping. How do I accomplish this. Can I adjust an invoice before it is sent to the buyer? If so, how? Or does he have to send an offer for each lot reflecting a 25% discount? I'm sure there's some way for me to adjust it but I can't find anything on it. Thank you.

From the Members Area > Selling > Seller Tools > Promotions / Sales page, you can set up a 25% Discount on All Items, but set a "Voucher Code" You can then give the buyer the code to use - and only they can use it at checkout:

You can't use two codes at once, so with regard to shipping, you may want to head to the Members Area > Selling > Seller Tools > Postage Setup page, and temporarily set up a Free Shipping promotion when the buyer Spends X - making X just below what the buyer will be spending with you: https://www.hipstamp.com/members/tools/postage-setup
