I am assuming that you have some watermark fluid on there . The photos make it too tough to see . The watermark on that issue are easy to discern . I think I see traces of a watermark. It’s not enough to say this is a rare coil waste issue . Sending it out or taking it to a reputable dealer to check . Word of advice keep very Good pictures of it before you take it anywhere .
The stamp you have is 553 .25. I know we all wish to have a really expensive stamp but the odds of you having either 594 ($10,500.00) or 596 ($175,000.00) are less than slim & none.
The value for our friend Mr Quetzal comes from the learning... accurately measuring the perforations, measuring and understanding why the subtle differences in sizes, learning to use and check paper watermarks and most importantly, knowing HOW to research catalogues and online references. The "rare" stamps are mostly certified by now , but always get a real expert certificate before proclaiming you have a rarity. Everyone who thinks they have one NEVER does.
