Listing of All Plate #'s for Each US Stamp (especially pre 1930), showing premiums if applicable

Does the US Scott Specialized list all of the various plate #'s that were issued for each stamp?

I thought I remembered years ago that it did show all the plate numbers( perhaps even listing which #'s commanded a premium ) yet I couldn't locate it when looking through the recent Scott Specialized? (maybe I missed it)

If not, is there a source where I could find this, especially for pre-1930 US stamps that were issues.
