Buy-Now option for auctions?

Currently when sending store items to auction, there isn't an option to allow a buy-out (versus bidding). Is it possible to add the option to have a "Buy Now" option at various percentages of the original store item price so buyers could opt to buy it immediately versus bidding? Of course, that option goes away as soon as there is a bid on the item.
Well, I know it's possible, I think we used to have that feature on BidStart or StampWants, but thoughts on implementing it here?
