APS Homepage Ad Banner

I logged on to the APS website the other day and noticed that there is an EBay ad banner running across their homepage. What would it take to get a HipStamp banner ad included on the APS homepage? I think it would be a good place to market HipStamp to a very targeted audience.

Hip Stamp runs a full page ad in the journal pushing the $0.01 auctions. eBay runs a full page ad also showing very cheap GB queen issues. eBay has a lot of problems identifying what stamp collectors are looking for.
