I have run across a designation of stamps as "New Daily" especially in connection with some Ukrainian stamps. I cannot find any definition or discussion of what the designation means. Are they collected?
Hi. No answers? I don't have one either. I thought it might be a seller's notation but it's not limited to a single seller of Ukraine stamps. A mystery.
