10,000 + items missing from my store!

Today I went to use the bulk lister to add more items to my store. I always look at the number of listings I have currently before I start the process. I noted that the number of listings dropped from 29,xxx to 19,xxx. What the heck is going on?
I did not sell 10k stamps, they are just missing from my store.
Also missing is any way to email support at Hipstamps. There is a menu but when there is not an option describing the problem I have, there is no way to contact Hipstamps!
Is this happening to anyone else and does anyone know how I can contact Hipstamps for assistance?
