Feedback updates?
I have had 2 negative feed backs, both were before they dealt with me. Both are very happy at how I handled it for them. I know we won't ever see edits to feedback but could we see a follow-up on Feedback posts. Sometimes it is not the sale but the resolution of the sale that is important. For my 2 issues, I have had them buy other items and give good feedback, but no one compares who does what in feedback. It would add a degree of fairness to feedback.
