Ive got a plate block of mint never hinge the gums perfect e 15a plate# 19280 red ink gem quality in a pertective sleeve on the sleeve its priced 600 for all 4 stamps i looked them up on google i got high values can anyone tell me what i got here thank you

There is some good news... since that CV of $6 was written on there, it's now up to $9. So hang on to it for 400 more years, and it will certainly be a rarity!

I think that is $6.00. The plate number is for E15 as the Heco sleeve indicates, not E15a. This one is selling on HipStamp between $4.95 and $12.00.

Agree, no where near GEM. Centering is high and right. This would be lucky to grade 70.
Also, the HECO page doesn't state $600 it states $6.00 (when you make the trailing decimals smaller and higher, it is meant to reflect as decimal place without the use of it). This practice has waned somewhat over the last few decades, and was probably written on that page 30 - 40 years ago.
