I want to say how proud cddstamps are of the fact we have now reached 45,000 positive feedbacks but sadly, in all honestly, I cannot because 15 or so thousand have been from automatic positive feedbacks. Which, let’s be blunt here, are worthless as feedback even though we know our customers are very pleased with our service because they have written to us to say so when they realise they cannot leave feedback.
