Buyer didn't pay...how to relist?

Buyer bid more than asking price by mistake. I tried countering at the asking price, but system did not allow. I accepted the bid, and thought I'd refund the difference to the buyer, but he has not paid or responded to my email. How do I reverse transaction and resist?

    Contact HipStamp support for resolution of this transaction. They have a process for this very situation.

    They will get back to you. It might be same day or up to two days in my experience but they will respond.
