I've tried to find this cock in the Scott Catalogue all to no avail. Can anybody else come up with an ID?
Is it even a postage stamp?? The TB emblem at bottom left makes me wonder if this might be a charity label/Cinderella, although the 'Postes' would indicate a postage stamp.

I'm using a WAY old Scott (1995) and as I went thru looking for that stinkin' rooster :0), I saw that image (several times) but the picture is kinda ehhh and looks (in B&W) like the stamp would have several colors. Now that you pointed me to it (and my first reaction when I opened my 1995 again was 'nope'), you guys nailed it.
