USA Scott No. 538a?? Imperf between Block of 4

Can anyone verify that this is a Genuine Scott No. 538a. It is a Rotary press issue Perforated 10 Vertically.
Yes I see the Crease and the tear.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes it's definitely 538a. Technically it's actually imperf horizontally, not between. In between would be perforated horizontal on top of the top stamps & perforated horizontally on the bottom of bottom stamps. And would be a completely different variety/Scott #.
