API Rate Limits

I'm waiting for a reply from support but thought the general community may have some experience with this.

Is anyone else using the HipStamp API, and are you now experiencing rate limits of some sort since 20th August?

Could I be the only customer using the API?

Apparently a 10,000 daily call count limit has been introduced.

BUT there is a NASTY bug.

The call count is not being set back to zero every 24 hours!
