    Go to Sellers Tabs, then click Offers you should see it then.

    I have FDC's on sale at 25% discount and it posts just fine. I decided to put plate blocks on sale at 25% discount. Filled out the form just like I did for FDC's but when I activated it nothing happened to the existing listings but as I add new one they show up with the discount shown.
