Need advice selling high value stamp

I am selling a high value stamp and only what to sell in the USA.
I can’t find the section to allow me to select only the USA.
The reason for selling only in the USA is, I will use a Domestic Return Receipt at my expense.
I also do not want to hear back from the buyer, ”Ah I never received it.” Had that happen once too often.
Any other advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I am going to assume you already have a store. If so, when you list the item in your store, you set up in your shipping section to only ship to US addresses for that item. Easy.
