I have a lot of Postcards from cheap to expensive, question is: Do I have to open a Postcard shop separately or can I upload them with my other stuff, ie. stamps, letters etc?

Postcards, per se, must be listed on HipPostcard. However you can list used stamps “on cover” that also show the front side of the pc.
