Is this a French Morocco #1 with misspelled overprint ?

No, I think the overprint is counterfeit - French Morocco
#1
overprint is red. The font is not correct, no "N" in Centimes and the "S" is strange. Also, check the perf - should be 14 x 13.5. Tons of France & French Colonies are counterfeit.

Of course the overprint is all kinds of wrong, but "centimos" is correct as Spanish currency was being used.

The CETIMOS (Centimos) overprint in clearly on top the the cancel. not under.
