    It's listed in Scott's under Poland General Government. after the regular issues (Don't have the number off hand at the moment.)

  • That is not rare , as the Germans printed hundred of millions . The expanded Reich ( Poland in this case) paid Adolph a royalty if his image was used , resulting in quite a windfall for him . Hitler was a very wealthy man , bleeding the treasury of his government. Those panes are interesting but not scarce or particularly unusual.
