i got am email saying i won a stamp but i cannot access it to pay for it. the history of bids says "0 bids" and there is no method to contact seller adjacent to the stamp image. i see me as the winning bid. i went around in circles on the "help" area to no avail. suggestions. listing number 43921668

    There is question mark in every listing. Use this to send the seller an Email. Good luck.

    When you go to your menu, and click "purchases",
    is it there?

    Or if you were watching it,
    go to your watch page and look at "fifter by" and click on "closed listings"
    it might be there.
