More than happy to bird dog, As for being tenacious that almost got me booted off during the SG debacle although contacts through the liaison de jour (there were a few) were always cordial, though unproductive for the most part. Our very own Dark Ages.
You know, that's too bad. They presented the images acceptably...but trying to sell fillers worth pennies like that is just dumb, plain dumb. I'm not sure they are self-aware in general. I'll report it also.
I sent the seller a message directing them to properly assess or value their merchandise. Sometimes it's a teen with an adult looking over their shoulder, who knows nothing giving them advice. Let's see.
64 of this sellers' 65 listing were added within the last month. Rene, I sent them a message as well advising that they seriously reconsider their activity. And the imaging, being the least of their issues, is not good at all. Many have multiple images of the same item having completely different colors and most are taken on a white background with giant borders. But, that is the very least of their issues.
Asking for a minimum bid of $500 for a US Scott 1048 (CV of $0.25) is either incompetence or an intentional effort to defraud. Either way, it needs to get fixed ricky-tick.
Agree . The magnitude of the absurdity displayed really reeks of ignorance I think . I’m mean who would be dumb enough to spend that type of money on the items displayed? The test for me really is how HS responds .
Hey , that one stamp was a “ swing for the fences “ attempt , if they sell just that one , then suddenly we shall see thousands of other sellers list it at that price !
While his store may be gone and not that it matters, do we know that HipStamp was working on a holiday Sunday and they took it down or did the store owner decide on their own to close it due to their realization that they were busted?
