How do I get a double charge cleared from my account?

I wanted to close my store at the end of this month that I just paid for. When I clicked on the Cancel Subscription link to set that up, it immediately cancelled all my listings. I wanted to keep things up for the last 10 days I had so I clicked on enable store to undo what I had just done. Then it charged me another $5. How do I get that 2nd $5 charge removed.
