I'd like to see the amount of time left before a lot's closing be displayed on the "confirm bid" page for auction lots.

We're planning to revamp the confirm bid process in the near future, which would likely address this.

The pop-up box is a significant improvement over the previous approach and it does show the time remaining at the time I clicked to submit the bid (the time shown in the pop-up did not count down on my three most recent bids). Fortunately, the box didn't cover the countdown clock on the item page.
