  I ran into this same problem again today - someone was complaining about an old order - and I had a hard time finding the invoice - I had to search page after page to go back to the date range that I needed to get the invoice I needed. This request dates back to July of 2017 - it go two other votes at the time but no action or comments were ever received. Thanks, Steve

  You CAN search orders from a particular buyer, if that helps.

  You need to know the Hipstamp ID of the buyer - if you just get an email it is hard to find out whom they are to get to the invoice in question.

  You can also type in the buyers name.

  Thanks - I thought it was ID only but maybe it changed and I never noticed.. !
