  I believe it is a #J62 based on Block # and perf 11.

  The Durland Catalog confirms what Jeri said. It is J62.

  The J62 has 30 different plate block #'s and different positions due to different printings. Your stamp is a single from plate block #7130 (Plate # Single) position "B" (Bottom). In your image (top row) - left stamp is a block of 4 with a precancel - not a plate block. The middle stamp is a precancel - just a single stamp. Bottom row - just a single stamp. Also, J62 is a perf 11 while a J39 is a perf 12. That is another way to check which stamp you have.

  Also, the 3 other images (blocks) have a plate # - No #'s on the other three. So to answer your question, no. I probably confused you when I wrote block #.
