Double perf error ? Rotary waste? Mashed perf?
I saw a "double perf error" stamp sell for a bunch on eBay. And i read about rotary waste. To me look like someone could mash a perf on edges to give it that condition. But these for example have the extra paper. Other examples look like possible just damaged edges.
