  The yellow stamp is a. Surcharge? YES
  Stock transfer is also a cancel? YES

  The yellow stamp is not a surcharge. It is a revenue stamp form Netherlands. The basic stamp had the values added in a separate printing, similar to USA last postage due set. I tried to add a scan but it did not work?
