Any of you experts out there know what the Scott Specialized catalog means when it says that the C108a stamp is "perf 11 line"? What does "line" refer to?
Line perforated. The perfs arepunched a line at a time. That’s why you don’t get bullseye perfs. Bullseye perfs are created by comb perfs which punch the top edge and 2 sides at once, or by full-sheet perforators that punch the whole sheet at once.
