Portuguese Ceres Stamps 1912-31 vs. 1926 Issues
I'm using an old Scott catalog (2001) that has not been updated with new catalog numbers for the Ceres issues. However, I don't think that has any bearing on my question which is: what does the Scott catalog mean when it says the 1912-31 issues are "With Imprint" whereas the 1926 issues are "Without Imprint". I can't see the difference. What is the "Imprint" they're referring to?
