  Scott O215 (see the overprint). Without the overprint it is Scott 683, issued in 1933

  Scott 683 is a 15c stamp, inscribed Correos Mexico. Stamp pictured is 25c, and without the Correos is a revenue.
  Overprint indicates the district where used.
