Im lost as to if I did everything right after purchacing stamps off this site and winning the bid. i got the confirmation email but stamps havent came or seller responded. now Im worried and not sure what to do. I was so excited about this site at first I hope I dont regret putting card info on here. its my first time ever taking a chance.

    You need to pay for your order before it will be shipped unless other arrangements have been made.

    Hello, and welcome to HipStamp! How much time has passed since your payment? It wouldn't be out of place to send a friendly message to the seller that you would appreciate a response message when shipment is made. If he/she already shipped, they should respond as such, or you will ideally be told when it's on the way. Timing for mail delivery has improved over what it was a few months ago, so I would expect domestic mail should be quick on a simple letter envelope, but things can still happen impacting delivery times. I hope your first experience on HipStamp turns out to be a positive one! If not, please recognize that there are still MANY good sellers here, so be sure to check feedback ratings. Happy Stamping!

    Also, another note, if there was a bunch of auctions, sometimes the backlog can overwhelm some sellers who suddenly have 30+ orders to pack. Hard to do when you have another full time job. But good communication should serve both of you well, so I would suggest reaching out, especially if it's been more than a few weeks.. :-)

    Also, a couple of other things to check, if you haven't already. Next to the list of your purchases on the Member Area are two icons. The first has a dollar sign; it turns green when you have paid. The second has an image of a truck and when the seller ships your item(s), he'll click that icon on his end and it too will turn green upon shipment. Second, check the address of the seller; if he is domestic (or in Canada), it may take a week to ten days in this environment for a shipped package to arrive. If by chance the address is foreign country, it will take much longer. I've had an order from South Africa take nearly two months. We all wish you good luck.
